The short version
This app does not collect anything about you. There is no account to create, no analytics, no advertising, and no server belonging to us for your data to be sent to. Everything you enter stays on your own device.
What the app stores, and where
Your evaluation accounts, their rules, and every trade you record or import are written to two files in the app’s private storage folder on your PC:

Windows keeps that folder private to this app and to your Windows user account. Nothing in it is uploaded, synchronised, or transmitted anywhere.
If you use Export, the app writes a CSV file to your Documents folder. That file is yours; where it goes afterwards is entirely up to you.
If you use Import, the app reads the file you select and nothing else. It does not scan your disk or open anything you did not choose.
What the app sends over the internet
Nothing.
The app makes no network requests of its own. It does not check for updates, report errors, or contact any service.
The one exception is entirely outside the app: if you choose to buy the Pro upgrade, Microsoft’s own Store handles the transaction. We never see your payment details, your name, or your Microsoft account. The Store only tells the app whether the upgrade was purchased.
Removing your data
Uninstalling the app removes its storage folder and everything in it. You can also delete an individual account inside the app, which deletes its trades with it. Deletion is immediate and permanent — we hold no backup, because we hold nothing.
Children
The app is a tool for adult traders and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at the same address as this one, with a new date at the top.
